Pole Fitness, Muscle & Conditioning
If you're not so keen on the dancing part but wanting to get fit and strong, then this is the right class for you. It's a full body workout to great music. For all fitness levels!
This class is also perfect to prepare your body for Pole dancing! Learn how to use the right grips and muscles.
Pole Dancing Beginner/Intermediate
Learn incredible Pole dance tricks, moves and combinations. This is a Beginner Friendly-Intermediate class. Most Tricks will be off the ground 'up the pole'. We learn how to hold and shift our bodyweight and how to spin and create shapes with slow and fast momentum. In this class we're in socks or barefoot.
Dancing & Heels BEGINNER
This is a Beginner Class!
Less muscle more flex and dance! Learn exotic moves and dance combos. Pole Dance Heels and knee pads are recommended. But it's also fun in just socks! In this class it's all about moving around the pole and on the floor. We mainly keep our feet on the ground and not up the pole.
Stretch, Flex, Balance & Recover
Discover the power of stretching! Recover faster and be surprised what your body can achieve!
Pole Dance focused stretching e.g. stretching for splits, pointed toes, flexibility.
ALIGN & FLOW
This energising class focuses on building strengh, improving flexibility, and releasing tension while helping you reset manually for the week ahead. Expect mindful movement, breath-led flow, and a steady pace that leaves you grounded in your body and clear in your mind.
EVERYBODY YOGA
This class is all about meeting yourself where you are. With options to suit every body, you'll stretch, strengthen, and move in a way that feels good for you. No pressure. No Pretzel Poses. Just supportive movement, breath, and a space to reconnect with yourself.
